Al Anwar Discount Center established its business during the year 1987 by the name “Asia Toys”. After some time it opened a branch of Asia Toys in Manama as a wholesale and retail shop. During the year 1992, it opened bigger showroom in Manama and named it as “Al Anwar Corner”. On this showroom it was having a large scale of retail and wholesale business for approximately 9 years. The other branch was opened on March, 2001 in the name “Al Anwar Discount Centre” and on December 2001 the new and biggest branch was opened.
